Hey y’all, my name is Chef Margaret “Tonya” Harriott, owner of JaiCaDa Enterprises LLC Food Services and the Executive Director of Go Get Your You Foundation, Veterans Organization. I am a registered Service-Disabled Veteran of the US Army and an ‘Excellence in Education’ graduate of Horry-Georgetown Technical College in Culinary Arts and Business Management. I have recently enrolled in Auguste Escoffier Culinary School in the Plant Based Culinary Arts program. Some of my accomplishments include Serv Safe Certified Food Protection Manager, member of the National Restaurant Association SC Chapter, American Culinary Federation Military National Chapter, the South Carolina Total Care Homeless Coalition, Farmer Veteran Coalition, South Carolina APEX Accelerators for Veteran Government contractors, the National Veteran Small Business Coalition, a registered Verizon Micro mentor to assist current/future business owners with starting, pivoting and branding their businesses
